海草豆腐牛肉羹; 南乳炆腩肉; 香煎倉魚配沙律醬 & 蝦皮炒Spring Greens
最近天氣涼返少少,開始好有心情 + 意欲煮飯嘞~~~~~
用來滾湯既Arame seaweed 喺Sainsbury's 買咗好耐~ 要成£3幾一盒,裡面其實好細包得好少海草,所以真係好貴 ......不過好在依種海草好有益~~
今次炆腩肉無加腐竹.......唔係唔記得,而係因為我懶~~~~
懶到廢事喺個櫃度攞出來浸........不過就咁炆都好好食!
見到泗和行魚檔有好新鮮既黃立倉就買咗1條...不過唔想次次都用來豉汁蒸,今次試吓斬件用來煎再沾沙律醬......果然好香口好好送飯!
連好憎魚骨既老公,都等唔切我夾比佢 - 自己不咁夾!!!

Besides frying with 蝦皮 , Can you give me some suggestions for cooking Spring Greens because I don't have that ingredient? Thanks.

i got 蝦皮 from SeeWoo (chinese supermarket~). if you cant get it, you can try cooking spring greens with chinese sausages, pork or chicken slices, or even cooking them just with garlic - just like choi sum, still tastes good! hope this will help~~~
倉魚煎都好好味, 不過真係沙律醬一定要有, keke!
