我唔鍾意食乾爭爭既食物,
所以由細到大我對餅乾都非常麻麻地......
但唔鍾意食還唔鍾意食,
唔鍾意食,都可以鍾意整既!
發現自己原來不知不覺買吓買吓,竟然買咗咁多曲奇模!
不過幾乎全部都未用過......
返香港時買咗依套餅乾印字組~
今次想玩咗依個先!
不過用之前要先逐個字母數字符號搣出來......仲要剪乾淨邊邊既膠粒......
終於用得嘞!
我係跟台灣ytower 既食譜做既~
但當中有少少步驟比我改咗:

我依度無金罐牛油,唯有用金紙牛油啦!
(我一刀過就切到啱啱90g! 哈哈~~~~ )
2. 牛油和100g幼砂糖打至鬆發 + 發白。
3. 雞蛋50g打散,分3次加進牛油中打勻。
4. 篩入低筋麵粉160g和高筋麵粉40g,輕手將麵粉和牛油拌勻成麵糰。
6. 將麵糰分別用密實袋包好,放入雪櫃15分鐘。
8. 用波浪餅乾模吸出餅型,再用另一個較小的模吸出形狀。
9. 將吸出小的形狀交換放入空位,再用印字組印上文字。
10. 餅乾放在墊有焗墊的焗盤上,放入已預熱焗爐180C焗20分鐘。
11. 取出放涼即成。
嘩,看見都流口涎啦,因為我最喜歡吃曲奇餅的了.

我依套係日本製, 喺橘子烘焙買~ 香港另有一套幾乎一模一樣但少咗個盒既淘寶版只係日製版1/4價錢, 絕對買得過!

我跟原食譜係用低粉加高粉既! 我好少整餅乾無親身比較過用高低粉混合 + 只用低粉既分別,不過我估分別應該係在於口感~
