瑤柱扒翡翠苗
其實翡翠苗 + 豆苗一樣都係荷蘭豆或蜜糖豆既葉,
只係翡翠苗剛發芽就採收食用,而豆苗就係再生長多一段時間既嫩葉,
雖然理論上係同一樣野,但食味完全唔同呢~ ^^
1. 瑤柱適量浸水過夜至軟,撕碎備用; 保留浸過瑤柱的水。
2. 翡翠苗浸洗乾淨後瀝乾備用。
3. 燒熱油鑊爆香少許蒜蓉,下翡翠苗兜勻炒約1分鐘至軟即盛起先上碟。
4. 再燒熱油鑊爆香薑蓉,下瑤柱絲爆炒一會後灒少許紹興酒。
5. 下蠔油和浸瑤柱的水各適量兜勻煮滾,蓋上鑊蓋煮2至3分鐘。
6. 下糖和少許胡椒粉調味後,勾粟粉水芡至計稠,淋在已上碟的翡翠苗上即成。
NOTE
- 翡翠苗質幼嫩,不要炒太耐,炒至開始軟身即可盛起。
- 瑤柱汁味濃,而翡翠苗又容易吸收汁液,所以炒翡翠苗時不用下調味。

刪除陀緊BB時唔需要大補,最重要都係注意飲食營養均衡,都係食吓花膠、海參、冬蟲草、滴雞精,產後先需要大補
Hi Mrs. T, I think you should hold off 花膠&冬蟲草 until you have delivered. My aunt is a retired nurse from delivery ward. She did comment that pregnant women who consumed too much 花膠 will pass too much hormones to the babies and especially baby boys (she described the baby boys very different looking than average), I know you are having baby girls, but it's too early for your babies to absorb the hormones.
