聖誕節當日因為唔想出街同人逼,所以我要求V媽媽煮飯!
豬橫脷煲粟米; 冬瓜芹菜豆卜釀肉; 白切清遠雞; 白灼雞腸 & 香煎潮州馬頭魚
全部都係我鍾意食既餸~~~~~~
本來仲有炸桶蠔 + 煎廚師腸,不過因為V媽媽買冬瓜 + 豆卜買多咗,所以炸蠔 + 廚師腸入咗雪櫃唔整住!!
唔知大家有無發現一樣野 - 我從來未煮過冬瓜!
其實我本身唔算好鍾意食冬瓜,不過間中都想食吓~ 但依度唔係時時有靚冬瓜賣,而且買親都要買一大舊,加上老公又至憎冬瓜......咁點整呢?
今次返香港我好鍾意V媽媽依味冬瓜芹菜豆卜釀肉,所以叫V媽媽encore 咗一次!
(今日喺泗和行咁啱見到有芹菜 + 冬瓜賣,買埋包豆腐卜準備老翻依味餸! )
回正題......
我超鍾意食豬橫脷,V媽媽買足3條豬橫脷來煲依煲湯,3條都比我食哂!!
(依度只得半隻雞,另外半隻V媽媽用來醃鹹雞~)
我好鍾意食白灼雞腸,用來沾加咗胡椒粉既豉油......正!!
我由細到大都好憎食馬頭魚! 硬係覺得馬頭魚有一陣怪味......
V媽媽極力游說我依隻潮州馬頭係無怪味既!
好吖~ 一試無妨吖! 反正我都未食過!!
1. 唔洗打鱗,洗淨瀝乾水後用少許鹽略醃一陣。
2. 燒熱油鑊爆香蒜蓉 + 薑絲,下魚煎香兩面至乾身。
3. 下少許生抽讓魚兩面沾勻,魚上碟。
4. 原鑊下切碎莞茜和蔥花略略爆香,鋪在煎好的魚上即成。
(以上食譜係憑我記憶加少少靠估而成! )

12月26日
醃鹹咗既清遠雞依然咁有雞味,另有一番滋味!
蒸之前要用粗鹽醃一晚過夜,沖乾淨多餘鹽份後瀝乾,再用薑末 + 蒜蓉去蒸。
是晚V媽媽又無整我買果包廚師腸 - 因為佢唔記得溶雪喎!!!!

12月31日
是晚V媽媽本來唔想煮想出街食~
不過我唸大除夕應該周圍都好多人出街食飯,會好晏先有位!
而且我第二日要早起身,所以我唔想出街食!!
咁啱屋企有3條醃緊既大眼雞,原本完全無準備煮飯既V媽媽,臨時臨急去斬料火速搞掂3餸1湯!

V家一向好鬼夜開飯.......
所以有時我話咗唔返屋企食飯,但返到屋企我一樣會埋位食餸!
(而且多數都會裝埋飯!! )
V囡果三條吾係叫馬頭魚亦都吾係叫潮州馬頭魚呀...係青衣魚黎架....

依幾條真係潮州馬頭來架~ 連魚檔檔主都話係潮州馬頭,佢仲讚V媽媽識貨,因為潮州馬頭好少有!

Didn't leave u a message for a long time ! but i want to share with u !!!! good news ! my friend brought something taste like 廚師腸 in manchester's ASDA !!!!! its from india ! but i tried it b4 , it taste the same as 廚師腸 !! pack like it as well ! so u can try finding it u the freezer !:) not like the frank futhers in UK !!! frank futhers in Uk taste ok but not as nice as 廚師腸 !!!! maybe u should go to ASDA to check it out !!! :) hope u can find some near ur house !!! and i want to say thank you so much because ur blog help someone like me a lot !!! because i m a 小師奶 in UK ! hahahahahaha ur blog give me soooooo many ideas !!! thank you V ! sorry i m always hiding instead od leaving cm to u a ! :) take care xxx

V媽 is a really good cook, everything look so delicious. I haven't eat 大眼雞 and 廚師腸 for a long time, don't think they sell it here

冬瓜除煲湯同湯飯之外﹐我都係未用黎煮過送架~ 原來鹹雞可以自己醃架? 我都想試醃呀~ 原來你屋企晏開飯架? 咁你係英國食晚餐都係七點後?~ 我晚餐食得好早﹐一係就冇心機食﹐ 不過的現代德國人食得越黎越晏﹐ 九點半到十點半先開餐都大有人在。
