何解叫做"超簡版"呢?
因為除咗煮法超簡單之外,準備材料更加簡單~
只要你屋企有現貨伊麵、蟹肉罐頭 + 草菇罐頭,
半夜隨時煮來做宵夜真係話都無咁易!
罐頭其實都可以好好味架~
1. 罐頭蟹肉和罐頭草菇隔水瀝乾; 草菇切半備用。
2. 伊麵1個煮至剛散開即撈起,瀝乾備用。(自製伊麵方法click here~)
3. 燒熱油鑊,下蟹肉和草菇炒勻一會後灒紹酒。
4. 下胡椒粉、蠔油、糖和麻油調味兜勻,加水剛蓋過材料煮滾。
5. 伊麵回鑊和材料汁料一同兜勻,下少許老抽兜勻至伊麵上色。
6. 煮至汁料收乾,上碟即成。
好可惜我只食得蟹肉,因為我有皮膚敏感,唔用蟹肉得唔得呀。
