12"薄餅底做法:
1. 高筋麵粉120g, 中筋麵粉110g, 即用酵母4g, 細雞蛋1隻, 橄欖油3茶匙, 糖1茶匙, 鹽1/2茶匙, 溫水120ml~ 將所有材料拌勻,搓成光滑均勻的麵糰,弄成球形放在塗油的大碗內。
2. 用保鮮紙封好發酵約1小時。
3. 薄餅盆掃上油。
4. 麵糰輾圓鋪再薄餅盆上。
- 燒熱橄欖油爆香蒜蓉,加入切碎細洋蔥半個炒至開始變軟。
- 加入免治牛肉250g兜勻炒至牛肉變色,灒Sherry 酒1樽蓋。
- Tomato Puree 4湯匙、Chilli Powder、李派林喼汁和Tasbasco 辣椒汁各2茶匙、糖1茶匙、海鹽和黑胡椒適量炒勻試味。(以上份量均靠估! 請自行依自己口味執生~)
- 盛起待涼即成薄餅餡料。
8. 薄餅底先掃上少許橄欖油,再塗上茄膏。
9. 灑上一層芝士,鋪上蔬菜後再鋪上香辣免治牛肉和煙豬肉腸,最後再灑上大量芝士。
10. 將薄餅放入已預熱焗爐200C,烤焗15至20分鐘至金黃。
