Spiced Onions 用來配poppadoms (印式薄脆片)同食作為前菜~
做法非常簡單快手......
2. 先下海鹽1/4茶匙和Paprika 辣椒粉1/2茶匙,和洋蔥丁一同拌勻。
3. 蕃茄醬3湯匙、Mango Chutney 1湯匙、薄荷醬1/2湯匙、新鮮切碎莞荽、糖和凍開水各少許,加入洋蔥丁內拌勻。
Mango Chutney 印式甜酸醃芒果醬
配埋脆卜卜既poppadoms,不禁食完一塊又一塊......
眨吓眼一大碟poppadoms 已經食鬼哂!
相當開胃既前菜小食~ ♥
