自從Mr.T 去咗南下做野之後,
我一個留喺蘇格蘭既日子,
煮食時份量方面真係要輕手好多!
好似上星期我突然好想食Peri Peri燒雞,
平時食Peri Peri燒雞緊係去Nando's 啦~
不過我唔會一個人出街食野喎!
之前買落大咋汁汁醬醬,趁機清清貨......
正好有2枝Peri Peri 醃汁呢!
一於自己整Peri Peri燒雞啦!!
買咗全間超市最細果隻雞仔,
不過就算係雞仔,我都無可能自己一餐就食得哂!
於是將佢一分為二......
正好我有2樽唔同口味既Peri Peri sauce,
一於開哂2枝來醃2個唔同口味!
醃過夜一晚......
第二日先燒 紅卜卜依邊做lunch!
一路焗緊一路聞到好鬼香~~~~~~~
依枝紅色peri peri 醃汁少少辣,非常惹味~ ♥
配埋燒薯仔 + 沙律,
再加埋Nando's 既garlic peri peri dipping sauce......
豐富又滿足既一餐lunch~
半隻雞比我食到乾乾淨淨!
夜晚到白色依邊!
依枝Nando's Lime & Coriander Peri Peri 係完全唔辣既!
不過燒起上來一樣好鬼香~~~~~
味道帶些少青檸既微酸,又有莞荽既香味......好開胃呢!
一個人一日內食哂一整隻雞.......勁滿足!
身在南下既Mr.T一邊望住FB相,
一邊流住口水打電話比我話: 我都好想食呀HonHon!!

香港係有Nando's 既peri peri sauce 賣既(Taste + 百佳),不過好似話長期貨源唔穩定,要好彩先撞到~

我唸或者你唔係一個鍾意煮野食既人,所以你覺得又煮又洗好麻煩.....但對於一個鍾意烹飪既人來講,係一件好enjoy 唔會嫌麻煩唔會厭既事來~

要睇返隻雞本身幾大隻啦~ 我依隻雞仔來不過唔記得幾重.....我用200度總共焗咗大約35分鐘,放焗爐最底層 (我係一大座果種焗爐! 如果用焗爐仔要自行調低返溫度!!) 焗咗約2/3時間就用鍚紙蓋一蓋焗埋餘下時間~ 希望幫到你啦!
