燒牛肉伴迷迭香紅酒肉汁, 配約克郡布丁 (Roast Beef Rosemary & Red Wine Gravy & Yorkshire Pudding)
可能經濟唔好,已經好耐冇見過超市有大舊連骨Beef Rib Joint 賣 - 因為都幾貴架~~~ 而平時我買開既"Asda Extra Special 28 days Matured Beef Rib Joint",即頭絕哂跡!
雖然只係普通既Beef Rib Joint - 並冇28 days Matured; 而且仲要係british beef......不過最近機會咁難得,無辦法點都要將就吓架嘞!!!
可能因為係英國牛肉; 又可能因為冇mature......味道果然同Asda Extra Special 有幾大分別......不過總好過完全冇得食啦!
以前都係只係買Aunt Bessie 既急凍yorkshire pudding; 依排成日整麵包整餅,屋企咩麵粉都有~ 於是試吓自己整yorkshire pudding......
原來材料咁簡單 + 咁鬼容易整!!!! 真係賺死Aunt Bessie!!!

牛扒對笨笨黎講真係大克星呀~ 次次食親牛扒 都要出街食呢 慘~
