V媽媽每次都會買一大盆返屋企自己起肉,之後放冰格儲存,佢係叫相熟魚販留先有咁多呢~
V媽媽一向都係買南非鮑來整~ 佢都買過大連鮑來整,所以佢知道炆出來好淋,不過都應該會好食既,只要縮短炆既時間,炆完後焗耐d都一樣會入味既!
V媽媽好利害哦...

我果日都睇住佢洗鮑魚,係唔洗用粉去洗既! 用有狗牙既生果刀起肉去腸,再用一個硬身既刷擦走鮑魚肉上既黑色就可以嘞!
先多謝妳既意見! 不過我唸我唔會只為咗咋cast iron cookware 而開新分類~ (btw 我只有2個LC,其他大部份係另一法國牌子Chasseur!)
其實LC 都只係一個品質較佳既普通煲,我平時用來煲湯、炆野 + 煮煲仔飯.....依d野唔用LC都煮到, 依個世界無一種食物係一定要用LC先煮到既!
還有, 我都幾有興趣看看你的廚房
