乾炒牛河
見到網友炒牛河，令到為食既我又想食!
都好耐無炒過嘞......
不過我覺得依隻河粉可能比較適合放湯，因為比較黏身~
反而上次炒果隻炒起來爽好多! 下次都係用返上次果隻......咁上次我究竟係用邊隻呢????
我唔記得咗咯!!!!!!
每次食親乾炒牛河，我 + 老公都會笑一大餐! 
因為我地會唸起之前朋友email 比我地既經典"大陸餐牌"!!!
中國地大脈博，真係無奇不有......
乾炒牛河 = fxxk to fry the cow river
(救命!!!!!)上湯 = top soup
雲吞 = cloud swallows
烏冬 = black winter
滑雞 = slippery chicken
意粉 = idea powder
日式 = the day type
乾燒 = fxxk to burn
但凡有個"乾"字，佢地都會譯做fxxk......我唸係因為"幹"!!?!?
不過田雞佢地又識譯做frog 喎!
豬扒 = the pig picks
(我唸因為"扒手"係pick pocket......
)西冷 = the cold cow in west
哥倫布 = the elder brother a cloth
e.g. FBI - Federal Bureau of Investigation (美國聯邦調查局)
三文治 = three texts cure
多士 = many privates
多春魚 = many springs fish
雞翼 = chicken is as well
(簡體字"翼"等同"亦"......)白菌 = white germ
大石斑 = big the class of 石
奄列 + 吉列 = 兩樣都係the row of
(可能佢地覺得"忌廉"個忌係hates......)周打魚湯 = the week beats the fish soup
是日例湯 = that day a soup
沙律 = sand
吞拿魚 = swallow to take the fish
燒牛肉 = burn the beef

童子雞 = chicken without sexual life
麻婆豆腐 = beancurd made by a pockmarked woman
完全係逐隻字來譯，外國人 + 好似我老公依種唔識睇中文既竹升睇完絕對會一頭霧水......真係笑死人~~~~~~~~

今日上網搵返大陸餐牌既相，比我發現上海依個國際大都會，竟然將傷殘人士洗手間譯做"Deformed Man Toilet" - 畸形人洗手間
That one is really NOT nice!
真係唔知仲應唔應該笑!!!?!?
(我笑咗......仲笑咗好耐!
實在忍唔住!!不過同時覺得身為中國人有少少羞恥.....
