我知道禮品包裡面有咩產品就開始構思依個食譜,當時都無話試吓整,所以都唔知效果會點......尋日第一次整,老公話好正! (我都覺得好好味呢~ )

蛋餃整得好靚,隻隻都一樣大,原來加小小 粟粉水就可以唔洗穿,我次次整都好易穿左架,而且我仲用左好多油 ,見你真係唔洗太多油仲可以煎得咁滑,下次整就有秘訣喇!! thank you

整個煎蛋餃既過程裡面,我只用廚房紙滲油抹過煎pan 2次,蛋餃幾乎完全無油份,連湯都無油浮上來呢!

呢個蛋餃好正加埋蕃茄湯.... 我下次回西班牙的時候就可以同家人分享. 因為果邊的超市有餃子皮不過唔新鮮...我下次可以用蛋皮就好香啦.

而且煎咗3、4隻後上咗手,妳會發現自己越煎越快!
唔怪得我果時包蛋角咁難攪啦﹐ 原來我冇好似你咁加粟粉呀 ~
