一個賣相吸引,易整又好味既冷凍頭盆!
1. Garlic & Herbs Soft Cream Cheese 室溫放軟; 罐頭蟹肉隔水瀝乾,加入忌廉芝士中拌勻,以黑胡椒調味備用。
3. 鋪入一層煙三文魚。
4. 將(1)的忌廉芝士蟹肉餡料釀入ramekin 至一半,用湯匙壓實後,鋪上一塊煙三文魚。
6. Italian Dressing: Extra virgin 橄欖油40ml; 白酒醋30ml; 清水30ml; 糖1.5湯匙; garlic puree 和dried mix herbs 各1茶匙; 檸檬皮蓉1個(細); 蒜粉、海鹽和黑胡椒各少許搖勻。
