淮山杞子圓肉沙蟲乾湯; 涼瓜炆腩肉; 蒜蓉豆苗 & 自製鹹蛋
本來尋日想煲日月魚花膠雞腳湯既~ 不過喺雪櫃摷緊日月魚時見到札沙蟲乾,我就改變咗主意!
好多人一聽到個"蟲"字就覺得好核突 + 怕怕~ 不過我覺得其實煲完湯既沙蟲乾一d都唔恐怖,而且食味似日月魚、乾魷魚、乾螺頭......依類海味多過似蟲!
而且啖湯不知幾鮮甜呢~~~~~
另外仲烚咗2隻未夠時候既自製鹹蛋加餸!
未夠時候又整來食?
因為尋日唔小心整裂咗一隻仲喺玻璃樽裡面浸緊既鹹蛋,唔想浪費所以打落個碗度keep 住......
為食鬼即時又上身,煲飯時順便烚咗2隻......
結果咪就係 - 仲未醃夠時間囉!!

我之前都有醃咸蛋, blog友教鹽同水比例3:1...醃40日...你個方法好正, D蛋有紹酒味...我都要試下先!~
