打幼滑左既湯呢..飲落去仲有無粒粒既口感呀??我之前都試過,打完後都係有粒粒,唔係太中意依種感覺...唔知係我部機打得唔夠幼滑定本身依個湯係咁呢?

[版主回覆08/12/2013 23:23:40]新鮮松露唔係成日有得賣架! 英國都好難買,我只喺market 撞見過一次~ 曾經喺巴黎一個街市見過一檔有好大粒鮮黑松露,不過因為唔放得耐所以無買到!
上次去意大利都買過黑松露醬,不過相比之下,我比較鍾意原粒油浸松露~

我今次用既係樽裝油浸松露~ 新鮮松露可遇不可求.....
新鮮菇菌用水洗除咗會流失營養香味外,仲會吸水架! 所以洗過既菇菌會越煮越水汪汪! 用濕廚房紙抹乾淨得架嘞~
請問呢個分量可以做你這個心形碗多少碗?
