早幾日去泗和行買咗舊越南扎肉,來個扎肉兩食......

晏晝整咗碗扎肉湯河粉做lunch;

晚餐就用來切絲炒翠玉瓜~
舊扎肉都幾大舊,整完湯河炒完翠玉瓜仲有剩!!

除咗越南扎肉之外,以前泗和行仲有越南酸肉賣呢!
不過而家酸肉無再入貨咯......

越南酸肉係咪我果時係亞超買到果D NEM CHUA 呀? 我呢邊都好耐冇見到有得賣喇~同埋我係法蘭克福買果D冇左塊油甘葉既﹐以前南部買果D有塊葉仔架﹐你以前買到果D有冇片葉仔既呢?~

sorry>>>早兩日唔係幾舒服.....所以>>>>石榴cheese餅做法:餅底(麥維他餅碎65gm,牛油溶液30gm)......餅餡:(cream cheese 250gm,糖粉35gm,whipping cream150gm,鮮奶50gm,魚膠片2片約10gm,石榴果果蓉(pink guava puree)50gm
回覆刪除餅面:石榴果蓉100gm,魚膠片3gm +水適量 - 坐水至溶
做法:(1)將餅底先做好雪約1/2小時(2)果蓉坐熱水至溶(3)cream cheese放軟身加糖粉打至滑...之後加入果蓉後...........whipping cream.....milk.....巳坐溶之魚膠水....(3).全部mix好的液体最後過濾過便放入巳雪過之(有餅底)模內....再雪為3小時(4)....最後再鋪上餅面便OK.....ha...ha....希望妳睇得明...我表達能好差嫁>>>
