蟹肉扒豆苗


1. 豆苗洗淨瀝乾; 水浸罐頭蟹肉1罐瀝乾水,用叉壓成絲狀; 蛋白2個打勻備用。


2. 預備芡汁: 生粉水內加入胡椒粉少許、雞粉和糖拌勻備用。


3. 燒熱油鑊爆香蒜茸,下豆苗用鹽調味炒熟,上碟隔去水份。


4. 再燒熱油鑊,下蟹肉略炒,加入芡汁和蛋白炒熟,淋上豆苗上即成。

  3. Mrs T, where did you manage to get 豆苗 in UK??? I struggle to even find 菜心!!
