星期日老翻加改良咗Heston Blumenthal 既Tagliata Salad,一食就愛上咗呢!!
尋日(5月2日)心思思又好想再食,一於要再整來做晚餐!
點知去到超市竟然無哂火箭菜!!
唯有買咗包Mixed Baby Leaf Salad,再加咗隻紅蔥......
為求快手d有得食,今次我將個檸檬橄欖油醬汁再進一步簡化 - 其實前日第一次整時我已經簡化咗煮汁既步驟!
今次我無用蒜蓉 + rosemary 來煮橄欖油,又隔渣又盛......
改為將Extra virgin olive oil + 新鮮檸檬汁 + 檸檬皮蓉 + 蜜糖拌勻,直接淋喺牛扒 + 沙律上,其他步驟就同食譜一樣~
我覺得自己個簡化汁版更加食得出檸檬既清新,更加好食呢!
不過老公覺得依個Tagliata Salad 做lunch 比較啱......
而且尋晚佢話想食熱野......
皆因老公食pizza 唔食Tagliata Salad......

今朝(5月3日)起身時出面仍然藍天白雲陽光普照,不過感覺到涼咗少少......
但仍然係想食口味清爽既食物!
係呀~ 今日終於有火箭菜賣嘞! 吹脹~~~~~
頭先整咗來食......
充滿期望咁去食第一啖...... 頂! 原來係羊芝士來!!!!!!
我至憎羊芝士架嘞!
well~ 咁一開始我都係因為想要果個陶兜仔先買依兜野既.....嘻嘻~~~

[版主回覆05/04/2011 02:54:00]塊牛扒煎得架嘞~ 重點係要先徹底抹乾水 + 要燒到個鑊出煙! 然後每面煎15至20秒,視乎牛扒厚薄重覆依個每面煎15至20秒既動作2至3分鐘,咁做會令兩面煎既時間好平均!
我真係頂唔順羊芝士果陣"格肋底"味啊......
我都超 like食 火箭菜,果陣味好獨特!

the cheese dish look so yummy however i don't like lamb cheese as well finally did your husband kill all the cheese for you? or finally rubbish bin?

we dont want to waste any food......so even Mr.T is not a fan of sheep cheese, he finished it all!

好呀!! 多謝你的心得呀!! 如果只係須要煎就好喇!! 唔知點解成日都有個錯覺係要焗, 一於試下先 "格肋底"味 芝士呢家野有D真係臭到入唔到口!!
