回覆刪除[版主回覆05/18/2009 17:28:00]係呀~ rosemary 同肉類好配,尤其係羊肉~ 牛 + 雞都好襯! 不過 rosemary 唔係用來醃食物架,切碎既rosemary 係要到煮食物既一刻先落架! 基本上只係取rosemary 陣香味,如果咬碎的話,就會有一陣微微苦味~ 不過只要唔咬,依陣苦味並唔會影響到食物 / 汁既味道!
用rosemary 來烤薯仔唔係我發明架,係英式好普通既做法來! 焗出來薯仔好香架~~~
第日我po香草燒薯仔上嚟同大家分享﹐係連皮燒﹐連皮食嘅﹐贏過鬼佬攞過獎㗎

要fing 到薯仔表面起粉先焗到果種表面有少少脆脆地既口感架! 如果唔係會焗到薯仔表面好平滑但好乾~
