二人世界Sunday Roast - 2010年7月11日 (附食譜)



燒牛肉配迷迭香紅酒肉汁; Yorkshire Pudding; Brussels Sprouts & 蒜蓉焗翠玉瓜

我屋企附近間Asda 真係越來越唔掂!!!!

除咗價錢牌成日有問題......

 尋日買魚湯精,佢架上個價錢牌依然係£1.20,但一咇佢地依然照收£1.28! (網誌)

由此可見投訴對佢地來講係完全無作用既.......

連stock control 一向都好差e.g. 尋日竟然連蒜頭都無得賣!!

近幾個月來貨品種類仲越來越少 e.g. 以前我一直買開來整燒牛肉既"Asda Extra Special 28 days Matured Beef Rib Joint",已經徹底消失得無影無蹤! 執笠真係只日可待!!

一來買唔到Asda Extra Special 28 days Matured Beef Rib Joint;

 二來我太"了"咀 - 曾經試過Tesco 既British Beef Rib Joint,不過味道口感都同Asda 既相差太遠......

 星期六去Morrisons 見到有Rib Joint 喎~~ 而且仲係Scottish Beef 呢!

平時weekend 我好少煮飯,不過見舊牛肉咁靚咁新鮮就唔好留咯 - 打鐵趁熱星期日即時燒鬼咗佢~

 燒完後有滿滿2大碟!

食燒牛肉一定要有gravy + yorkshire pudding 先至完美~

 整咗12隻Yorkshire Pudding;

我點都要食d菜,整咗2包brussels sprouts;

見屋企仲有1隻courgette,切片後淋上少少橄欖油 + 蒜蓉,用鍚紙包好放埋入焗爐焗10分鐘......

  香噴噴!!

雖然依舊Morrions rib joint 係scottish beef,但始終無經28日風乾,所以香味同Asda 既相比都係差dd~

不過太耐無食過燒牛肉嘞,無28日風乾都好好味啊~~~  所有野全部食清光!!!!

 食完燒牛肉隔咗一陣,仲一人食咗1隻Morrisons 鮮果撻~ (唔太甜~ 幾好食架! )

平時出街食牛扒,一般都係8安士或12安士......

 依舊rib joint 淨肉無骨,重1.23kg - 即差不多43.5安士!!

我同老公每人食咗超過20安士燒牛肉,再加埋其他配菜 + 隻果撻......

    就算我之前點減肥都好,
    都一定要食牛呢
    同埋我係一定要食牛..
    因為唔知咩咩咩血氣唔夠(?!)喎...
    一唔化妝...就會面青口唇白

    同埋我都成日買Morrisons果隻fruit 撻~鬼佬野黎講真係算唔甜!
    不過我都仲係覺得甜左小小架。。

  7. I love brussels sprouts! It seems I never see them them when I am in HK (I am at Vancouver right now)...I like to 炆 the brussels sprouts, making it soft and tender

    gimme5!  i like brussels sprouts just turn yellow, soft and tender as well! however Mr.T thinks it's disgusting......he prefers green and cruchy~

    真係可能要執喎...其實唔一定要摺埋既,轉手俾人做可能會好d!!
    我好鐘意食courgette,以前最鐘意用佢黎煮湯麵...不詔依邊唔係成日見!!
    20安士唔過份呀,咁耐先食一次
    [版主回覆07/13/2010 16:14:00]唔會轉手 - 因為Asda 唔係franchise,而且Asda 係屬於Wal-Mart 旗下! 我知道其實佢地唔會執笠,只係我表達對佢地有幾不滿啫~
     
    courgette 用來煮湯麵我未試過~ 我多數用來炒肉或烤熟!

    Y! BLOG 係咪有問題呀 OR 我電腦有問題呀? 我明明係WEEKEND 時打左一大篇+一小篇係您的“我的小表妹” 同 “再來YO
    SUSHI”到架。。。我SAVE完我再特登睇下係唔係到。。。個時仲係到架? 但係我依家去個到! 我個兩篇野消失左GEI。。。有無搞錯! 您真係好厲害喎! 平時我食8OZ, 我食完已經覺得好溜! 您仲要食20 OZ + 配菜 + 生果撻! 仲要食得出生果撻係好味 (通常我食到飽已經食唔出D野係咩味架啦!) 我唔鍾意食SPROUTS! 我覺得佢好澀架! (您係咪覺得我咩菜都話澀呢?!)

    妳果頭有無Morrisons? 有的話試吓個果撻吖~ 真係好好食架! 我唔好甜都覺得好味,尤其佢個撻底!
     
    brussels sprouts 一係會好鍾意,一係會好憎~ 好少人係中立既! 咁又確係好多人會覺得brussels sprouts 苦既,不過courgette 我就真係唔覺!

  16. Mr. T prefers them green and crunchy? that is like brussels sprouts uncooked! I think I will try looking for them at CitySuper next time when I am back in HK....but 係香港會叫咩呢?

    HK people call brussels sprouts mini cabbage - 迷你椰菜 / 椰菜仔~ however the correct chinese name of brussels sprouts should be 抱子甘藍 / 球芽甘藍!

  20. Of course I can buy brussels sprouts here in Vancouver! It's just that I want to make brussels sprouts for my relatives in HK...and also I might be moving back to HK in the near future so I do not have to worry that I would not be having one of my favourite vegetables when I am back in HK !
