熱香餅


今日晏晝突然好想食麥麥熱香餅!!!!1775465337.gif image by veronica_tsim
熱香餅只得早餐時段有得賣,唯有自己整啦......

1. 雞蛋1隻和砂糖30g用打蛋器打勻。

2. 再加入牛奶200ml打勻。

3. 牛油28g用熱水坐溶或用微波爐叮約15秒至溶,加入牛奶蛋液內拌勻。

4. 自發粉(self rising flour)150g和泡打粉(baking powder)1/3茶匙,篩勻加入牛奶蛋液內打勻至順滑無粉粒。

5. 燒熱平底鑊後轉中小火,加入2湯匙粉漿; 見粉漿起小泡後,拿起鑊離火約10秒。


6. 將熱香餅反轉煎約15至20秒即可上碟。
P.S. 因為我用non stick 易潔鑊,所以我用油去煎餅~

7. 配上牛油和糖漿 / 蜜糖同食。(我鍾意用maple syrup! )

  4. 之前貪得意買過ready made既粉去煎,但係好難煎呀!煎到一頭煙!所以我以後決定自己整粉漿泥煎。我今日都整完waffle,等我下星期煎呢個pancake先

  8. 我勁鍾意食老麥熱香餅, 去老麥食早餐我都只會揀佢..... 最衰冇薯餅, 成日要加 $$ 先可以一次過食哂我至愛嘅老麥早餐......

  10. 我係百佳買左盒粉,係整熱香餅,不過整左一次之後無再整過,等我快D整鬼埋佢先,因為係屋企見到咁大塊熱香餅又覺得好似無街果D咁好食,下次都係唔好買成盒粉返黎,好似你咁自己開粉整算喇~~

  20. 我懶,整pancake次次都係買森永嗰啲預拌粉  我都鐘意maple syrup,不過兩隻馬騮唔鐘意,佢地食pancake係要齋食,咩都唔落

    1. hi runrunrun~ sorry i cant tell you which brand it was cos it was a long time ago, i already threw away that pan :P

    2. It's fine:) But could you give me some advice on buying a pan? I just want a pan that can do some frying, e.g. frying pancake (without the need of adding oil if possible) , wings and eggs. I don't really need any special functions of the pan as long as it's not as sticky as the iron wok. Thank you so much!
