Fairy Cakes (Basic Cup Cakes)


上星期去完BBQ,有網友問我攞fairy cakes 既食譜.......之後我完全忘記咗成件事! 真係唔好意思嘞~~~~~

1. 預熱焗爐190C; 將蛋糕紙杯放入Muffin Tray 備用。

2. 將125g 牛油(已放室溫至軟)和125g糖,用電動Mixer 打勻至呈白色 + 幼滑。

3. 打勻雞蛋2隻,將蛋液逐少加入牛油,一路加蛋液,一路和牛油打勻。

4. 加入食用雲呢拿精油 (vanilla extract / vanilla essence)1茶匙。

5. 預備125g 自發麵粉 (self-raising flour)~ 先將一半麵粉 (約62g)用篩隔過後加入牛油中,改用木匙手動拌勻。

6. 加入牛奶5湯匙後,再將剩餘一半的麵粉加入,用木匙手動拌勻。

7. 用湯匙將蛋糕混合物分別盛入Muffin Tray 的紙杯中約6成滿。

8. 放入焗爐中層焗約10 - 12分鐘至表面呈金黃色; 可用竹籤插入fairy cakes 內,如無蛋糕混合物黏住竹籤即可取出放涼。

P.S. 依個係最basic 既fairy cakes 做法~ fairy cakes 完成待涼後可以就咁食,或者隨意用糖霜、朱古力、icing 等材料來裝飾fairy cakes!

    唔怪得d蛋糕有咁多lone lone啦,你有篤過....真係好,乜野架山都齊,想整咩都得!我依邊真係百冇,好彩前幾日俾我問到麵包店既有我家附近有冇食品材料行,真係唔問成世都唔知原來我依邊有一間,我就買左吉士粉,諗住做流沙奶皇包,yeah...

    因為我搬左黎同62住呀嘛,依邊真係幾鄉下,要買到所野材料要去到台中市先有,我地依邊係彰化縣一個小鎮仔,要搵依d野真係唔係咁方便,鄉下人邊會整架,所以我搵到o個間可能係唯一一間,可能專for麵包店用

    係呀...我之前有咩買都會列一張list去開台中就一次過買!捷運淨係台北同埋高雄有咋,台中好cheap架,連IKEA又冇,次次都要去桃園或者高雄,台中就係台北同高雄中間,真係唔嗲唔吊囉!台中揸車去台北要3粒鐘架,不過可以搭高鐵,但係d站又係好拿西好唔方便,所以最方便真係香港,想去邊都得,永遠唔驚冇車搭

  8. maybe i can use this recipe to make sponge cake? by the way, i forgot to mention it earlier, i think all your cakes look really nice! esp your japanese cheesecake!

    thanks~ but actually this is a western recipe, however i think Japanese recipes e.g. cotton cakes make better cakes!  cos western recipes for sponge cakes arent as soft as cotton cake recipes~ maybe you should try the cotton cake??

  9. Did u use unsalted or regular butter for this? btw, I think that person who copied your recipes have really thick skin! how can she stand being attacked by so many bloggers and still continues her act?
