可樂雞翼


1. 雞翼洗淨飛水,瀝乾備用。

2. 可樂汁: 可樂2罐、生抽約180ml、冰糖約80g、八角3至4粒、薑數片和蔥1條。

3. 將可樂汁所有材料拌勻煲滾後,轉中火煲10分鐘熬出香味。

4. 加入雞翼煮至滾後,以小火煮約10分鐘,之後離火再讓雞翼浸約20分鐘至入味即成。

P.S. 煮過雞翼之汁料,可放入已烚熟的雞蛋,做成可樂蛋~ 做法和茶葉蛋類同: 先將雞蛋烚熟,敲裂蛋殼,再將雞蛋放入汁料煮 + 浸至上色入味即成。

    next time you may try putting a few pieces of lemon in it to make it O Lok chicken wings ar !!!

  6. 有一個問題..點解你啲雞翼吾上色既...記得你上次整豉油雞嗎..又係咁喎....點解呢...係吾係你個到啲雞翼和雞吾同地方出品...所以比較難上色呢..而我哋港澳果啲就比較易上色呢....
