粟米肉粒飯


1. 豬肉切丁,用胡椒粉、生抽、煮酒、糖、雞粉、麻油和豆粉醃最少20分鐘備用。

2. 燒熱油鑊炒豬肉丁至熟,倒入粟米蓉1罐和清水半罐。

3. 加入已打勻的雞蛋拌勻煮滾,滾2至3分鐘,灑上蔥花拌勻,淋在白飯上即成。

  2. i miss this dish so much..i always have it when i'm back in hk...btw...are the portions for the ingredients meant for 2 servings? cos i usually cook for 2 as well...n can i add milk instead of water for this rice? btw, thanks for the advice for the rice soup..i can't wait to try..in fact i want to try so many of the stuff you post here...i just made 蕃茄薯仔煲粟米 soup today according to your recipe...it was great...but my pot was too small for all the ingredients...i bought according to the portion you state on the recipe...so i spilt them into 2 pots....i think the soup will be even yummier tmr after leaving it in the thermal pot for a night... do u have a thermal pot as well? if u like to cook i think u'll love it...it keeps the pot warm for hours...!
    [版主回覆10/17/2008 18:03:00]yes it's for 2 people! however i didnt mention how many pork i used...since im used to cook very often, thus i dont measure every ingredient i use in every dish~ so you have to guess!
     
    haha~~~ i use a big stock pot to cook my soup! up to 10 litre, but of course i wont cook 10 litres of soup~ probably 5 to 6litres (i guess!)
     
    no i dont have a thermal pot, but im very interested about it!!! did you get it in UK? (btw are you studying in UK??? ive been to your blog but cannot figure out where you are studying......)

  6. Hi Veronica!! If I use chicken instead of pork, do I still have to use 煮酒 for the seasonings? And do you know how to make 雞皇飯? Can you teach me pls?
    [版主回覆05/04/2009 08:44:00]actually there is no such rule saying that "must" add a particular ingredient when cooking! but i usually add wine when i marinate meat.
     
    haha~~~ what a coincidence - ive had chicken supreme for dinner tonight! i dont know how to make this yet~ but im thinking abt trying to make it!
