容易取出蛋撻方法

聰明既老公除咗識得食之外,仲幫我唸埋方法 - 點可以容易d由蛋撻模攞個蛋撻出來!


 話說果日我論鬼盡,搞到冇鬼咗一隻蛋撻!


老公返來睇到張相,就話:哎吔! 佢(係個蛋撻...唔係我!)好可憐呀~~~ 

佢只係啱啱出世架咋......
於是尋日(9月14日)徇老公要求再整蛋撻時,佢就唸咗依個方法......


 將baking paper 剪成條狀,如十字形先放蛋撻模內


 然後才將撻皮麵糰壓入蛋撻模!
焗完既蛋撻輕而易舉 + 完整地攞出來~ 完全唔會影響蛋撻皮形狀!!


老公~ 你真係醒!

  1. Yes ar ~~ I'll use an oven glove and put a kitchen towel on it and 'deng' it out lor ~~ v easy and no messy ga ~~
