蒜蓉蒸茄子


1. 蒜頭剁碎,一半用少許油炒至金黃,盛起放在廚房紙上吸油備用。

2. 茄子切片排在碟上,上面鋪上生蒜茸,入鍋蒸約5至8分鐘至茄子熟透。

3. 取出將已炒香的蒜茸灑在茄子上,再灑上切碎莞茜和蔥花。

4. 灒上滾油後,淋上生抽即成。(我用頭抽!)

  1. My DH doesn't like eggplant.........so, I won't be able to make this dish ~~ can you find 日清 sesame oil in Glasglow ??  A few drops of this could make this even more attractive !!

    i use "日本極上胡麻油"~ it's the best ive ever tried! i'll try it next time i cook this dish~ thank you!

    依個餸其實我都係第一次整~
    我唸茄子白色蒜茸又白色...
    所以炸咗蒜茸加d蔥花~
    咁就又靚d又好香d好食d!

    you should try it if you find it~ highly recommended!

  5. 我好怪..吾係好中意食茄瓜...但燒烤時用蝦醬燒茄瓜我就會食喎...你話我啲口味怪吾怪吖...haha

  6. 上次我叫我家姐蒸茄子, 點知佢個印傭堅持茄子係蒸唔熟既(一定要煮先會熟~)..真係激死我...
